THE AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO.98/KMK.05/2000 ON RELIEF OF IMPORT DUTY ON RAW MATERIALS/SUB COMPONENTS/ AUXILIARY MATERIALS FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,
Considering :
That in the framework of providing equal treatment for the import of raw materials/sub components/auxiliary materials for manufacturing electronic components in bonded zones, it is deemed necessary to amend Decree of the Minister of Finance No.98/KMK.05/2000 by a decree of the Minister of Finance;
In view of :
- 1. Law No.10/1995 on customs affairs (Statute Book of 1995 No.15, Supplement to Statute Book No.3612);
- 2. Government Regulation No.33/1996 on bonded collection places (Statute Book of 1996 No.50, Supplement to Statute Book No.3638) as already amended by Government Regulation No.43/1997 (Statute Book of 1997 No.90, Supplement to Statute Book No.3717);
- 3. Presidential Decree No.234/M/2000;
- 4. Decree of the Minister of Finance No.440/KMK.05/1996 on stipulation of systems of classifications of goods and tariffs of import duty on imported goods as already amended by Decree of the Minister of Finance No.569/KMK.01/1999;
- 5. Decree of the Minister of Finance No.291/KMK.05/1997 on bonded zone as already amended the latest by Decree of the Minister of Finance No.94/KMK.05/2000;
- 6. Decree of the Minister of Finance No.98/KMK.05/2000 on relief of import duty on raw materials/sub components / auxiliary materials for manufacturing electronic components;
DECIDES :
To stipulate :
THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE AMENDMENT TO DECRFF OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 93/KMK.05/2000 CONCERNING RELIEF OF IMPORT DULY ON RAW MATERIAES/SUB COMPONENTS/AUXILIARY MATERIALS FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS.
Article 1
A new article shall be supplemented between Article 2 and Article 3 to become Article 2A reading as follows:
"Article 2A
The relief of import duty as meant in Article 1 shall apply to calculation of import duty on the import of raw materials/sub components/auxiliary materials for manufacturing electronic components exported to Other Indonesian Customs Area from bonded zones."
Article 2
The decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, the decree shall be published by placing it in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
